The stone circle in Duloe consists of 8 large stones arranged in a circle less than 12 metres across. This arrangement of large stones in a small circle is unusual for Cornwall. The site is beleived to date back to the Bronze Age, around 2000BC. The circles has long been known about but was only 'officially' discovered in 1801. Previously the circle had been bisected by a hedge between an orchard and a field.
