Cornish Coat of Arms - Newquay

The Duchy coat of arms on the side of the Huer's Hut in Newquay. The black shield with its 15 golden bezants design probably dates back to the 14th century when the Duchy of Cornwall was founded.

In the distance you can make out Towan Head beyond which lies Fistral beach.
