Looking back to Swanpool in Falmouth. From this photo you can clearly see where the beach gets its name from. The beach itself is really just a sand / shingle bank between the sea and the lake behind. Swanpool is right on the edge of Falmouth with the countryside that leads into the Helford more or less starting here.
