View from the top of Penzance's tallest building, Penlowarth. The former DHSS and Inland Revenue building was built in 1967. Located in the heart of Georgian Penzance, Penlowarth once featured on the Sunday Times' list of Britain's worst eyesores!

That aside the view from the top is pretty impressive. I did have a look from the highest point (up the ladder behind) which was fairly scarey.

Much of the vista is taken up by Morrab Gardens, to the left of which is St Mary's Terrace and to the right Morrab Terrace. The other imposing terrace is South Parade.
