Looking over towards Newlyn across the pebbles of Wherrytown beach in Penzance.
What looks like a reflection on the super-smooth water is actually the result of the water moving back and forth over the pebbles during the long exposure time of the photo.
On the horizon to the left you can see the light trace from a fishing boat that left Newlyn harbour a few minutes before I took the photo.
