A clear evening as the sun begins to set at Gwithian Beach near Hayle. This is one of the best all round beaches in Cornwall with a bit of something for everyone. 

Not only is there a vast expanse of golden sand here, there's often some good waves which are suitable for all levels of surfer. The other thing I love about Gwithian are the rock formations - there are a number of caves and sea-stacks along with a few remains of a mining operation that existed here a little over a hundred years ago.
