Land's End Sunset

Being about as far west as you can get in mainland Britain Land's End is the classic sunset spot. It also has some stunningly rugged scenery including the easily recognisable arched form of the "armoured knight" rock.

About a mile off the coast you can see the Longships lighthouse which has helped keep ships off the rocks here since 1875.

The actual Land's End point is somewhere in front of the hotel building you can see in the distance.
