Godolphin House and Gardens

Set in woodland between Helston and Hayle, Godolphin House is a unique Tudor mansion surrounded by historic gardens, orchards, bluebell woods and extensive estate. In this video I take a look around this fascinating National Trust owned property, covering the areas open to the public.

Filmed in early may this is peak bluebell season and that's where we start. Before a closer look at the house we take in the Elizabethan stable block with its antique farm wagons.

Following a stroll across the courtyard, we head to the Dairy and gardens beyond. Unfortunately I forgot I missed the King's Garden, which is a little annoying as I used to come bring my two boys here all the time when they were really young...
