Glendurgan Maze

The laurel maze at Glendurgan. Planted in 1833 by the garden's owner Alfred Fox. The form is said to represent a coiled up serpent - maybe this is to offset 'Holy Corner' which overlooks the maze. The maze was recently restored to its former glory
