Marazion Walking Tour

A sunny evening's walk around the little seaside town of Marazion. Actually, to call it a town feels a little generous, but since Marazion was given a charter as such back in 1257 that is what it is.

Most people will know Marazion as being the home to that rather impressive castle atop an island, but there is plenty more to see than just St Michael's Mount. For starters the town is home to a great sandy beach which frequently achieves a Blue Flag award.

There are also numerous attractive buildings around the town square - much grander than you would expect for a village this size.

In this video we also explore the tiny harbour of Top Tieb along with Marazion's "other" beach, which is both sandy and dog-friendly.
