Not sure if this rock has a name and if so what it is. What I can tell you is it is located in the cove of Porth Nanven near St Just. The granite at Porth Nanven (or Cot Valley) is quite distinctive; the cove is probably best known for the smooth round granite boulders the form the fore shore here.
