Jamaica Inn in Bolventor, Bodmin Moor.

Dating back to the 18th century it was once the haunt of smugglers and a stage-coach stop.

Daphne du Maurier imortalized it in her 1936 book of the same name.

Unfortunately any character the place had has long gone only to be replaced by plastic tat and over-priced pre-packed sandwiches
