The slipway at Hawker's Cove. This pleasant little sandy beach is situated about two miles out of Padstow on the banks of the Camel estuary.

Up until the 1920s the cove was home to the Padstow lifeboat which was often called upon to rescue stricken vessels from the Doom Bar which sits just off the beach here.
