Looking down Chapel Street in Penzance This is easily the most attractive (and historic) street in Penzance but in the twilight with a heavy sprinkling of snow it becomes like something out of a Dickens novel.
The snow was courtesy day 2 of the "Beast from the East" and was accompanied by a bitingly cold easterly wind.
