Elmsdale is a spacious Victorian townhouse within the Penzance conservation area. The Town Centre is approximately 700 metres away and the sea front 500 metres away. Parking is on-street but plentiful. Secure storage is available for bicycles.
Elmsdale offers 3 double rooms and a twin bedded room. All rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen (LCD) TVs/DVD players, hospitality trays and free Wi-Fi access.
Breakfast is served in the ground floor dining room and comprises a selection of cereals, fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, nuts, grapefruit segments and a range of cooked to order options including croissants and various permutations of the full English Breakfast. We can cater for most special dietry needs with some advance warning.
No smoking is permitted any where on the premises.
We do not accept children under 10 years of age.
Room rates quoted assume two persons sharing a double room. Single occupancy rate is 50% + £10.
To confirm a booking a deposit equal to one night's accommodation charge is required (cards and PayPal accepted). Deposits are fully refundable provided 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given.
