Situated next to the beach in the small fishing village of Porthallow, just a few minutes drive from the famous Helford River, Bank Cottage is a traditional terraced cottage accessed via stone steps. Bank Cottage sleeps 5 in a king sized room (which can be unzipped to make a twin room), one double room and one single. There is room for a cot in the single bedroom. The accommodation is laid out over three floors. As you enter the cottage there are two bedrooms on the ground floor - the single and double, together with a shower room with electric shower, wc and heated towel rail.
The first floor of Bank Cottage comprises an open plan kitchen/diner and lounge with a large bay window with window seat affording stunning views over the beach and out to sea. The kitchen is full equipped with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge with freezer box within and microwave. There is a dining table with bench seating and comfortable lounge area complete with Smart internet TV.
A flight of 3 steps leads up to the master king-sized bedroom with the family bathroom ensuite with electric shower over bath, wc and heated towel rail. The rear entrance has a new utility room perfect for wet dogs & muddy wellies with room to hang up your coats.
Outside the property is a yard with drying area, which leads up to the roof terrace and seating affording stunning views over the beach. Parking is on the beach with an honesty box.
