This former quarry is now a paradise for thrill-seekers with a huge zip wire ride, cliff top swing, freshwater coasteering and a host of other high adrenaline activities on offer.
The main attraction is the Zip which measures nearly 500m in length and takes riders 50m over the water at speeds of up to 40mph. There are two wires crossing the old flooded quarry with no advanced booking required, so just turn up.
If the zipwire doesn't scare you witless then maybe the giant swing will! Allegedly the tallest swing in the UK this ride takes 3 people at a go.
For a more down to earth experience there is an 800m go-kart circuit. The all-weather track is suitable for ages 7 and up with a range of karts.
The Adrenalin Quarry Aquapark is a playground of colossal inflatables, oversized trampolines, slides, swings and more. There are hourly sessions throughout the day, but only from Easter through to the end of September.
And finally, if that wasn't all enough, there is also axe throwing. Tap into your inner savage in this controlled and expert supervised arena!
