Carn Euny Prehistoric Village

Carn Euny was a small farming hamlet established around 500BC and continuing up to about 300AD.
The site was discovered by miners looking for tin in the 1860s.
You can clearly make out the outlines of the huts that formed the 'courtyard houses' of the Iron Age village
