Imagine my surprise when cycling through Penzance to find the road blocked by a ship. This is the first time I can remember actually seeing Ross Bridge open and sadly it might be one of the last too as the Dry Dock has been earmarked for closure.
As you can probably see, the ship is the Scillonian 3 which is the Isles of Scilly passenger ferry. It would have been heading in to dry dock for its annual patch up and paint.
