The open-plan, spacious living accommodation on the second floor includes a well-equipped kitchen providing everything needed to cook home-made delights; these delicious meals can be enjoyed around the table in the dining area, while the light and open sitting room is ideal for relaxing in after long beach days. The sea is never out of view through the floor to ceiling glazed doors which open out to a contemporary balconied, wraparound deck where you can sit and wave watch, whilst enjoying the famous Cornish sunsets.
Upstairs on the third floor is the magnificent master bedroom with a feature window and seating area looking out to sea. The en-suite is just as impressive, with both a large shower and a romantic doubled ended bath with waterfall tap and sea views.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor; bedroom one has a plush king-size bed, bedroom three has bunk beds and bedroom four has two twin single beds, both with trundle beds as well as an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms one and three are serviced by the family bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level is a wet room, ideal for rinsing down after a day on the beach, along with a useful utility room with a washer/dryer, perfect for keeping on top of sandy clothes.
