Penhale has a small shop providing basic essentials as well as a gas cylinder exchange facility - Calor Gas and Camping Gaz. A small games room has a pool table and table tennis.
Penhale is close to many lovely sandy beaches, many great walks both coastal and inland. It is a great place for camping near the Eden Project. The nearest beach polkerris is only a half hour walk away.
