Trevethan is a newly refurbished luxury 4-bedroom property located in the centre of Rock, close to the shops. It has a light, bright, open-plan interior with a vaulted sitting area. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen digital TV receiving terrestrial and freeview channels, and a DVD player, in the sitting room with a further TV, VCR, DVD player and music centre in the twin-bedded room. The kitchen has granite worktops and is well equipped with a Smeg dishwasher, fridge-freezer + separate additional fridge, 2-oven cooker and grill with ceramic hob, and microwave. A separate utility room houses a washing-machine, tumble-dryer, sink, ironing facilities, and a drinks fridge. Trevethan has 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite); 2 have double beds, one has twin beds and one has a full-size single plus a child's bed. A futon in the living area converts to a 4-foot wide, full-length bed if required. There is a large family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower besides the two ensuite bathrooms. The garden is fully enclosed, secure and private with a lawned area bordered by trees, shrubs and a colourful flower border and a large Cornish stone terrace which gets plenty of afternoon sun. A barbecue and outdoor dining furniture are provided as well as a 'wetsuit wash' and rotary clothes dryer. The property has off-road parking for three cars. This is a no-smoking property and we regret we do not allow pets.
