A closer look at the 9ft tall Tristan Stone that stands just outside Fowey.

The inscription reads 'Drustans hic iacet Cunomori filius', which translates to "Here lies Drustanus, the son of Cunomorus".

Drustanus is a variation of the name Tristan, who is believed to have been the nephew of Mark, a sixth-century king of Cornwall.
