Old Town on St Mary's in the Isles of Scilly is, as the name suggests, believed to be the oldest settlement on the Island. Now supplanted by Hugh Town as the island's administrative centre Old Town was once home to a castle, the 14th century Ennor Castle.
The little village now consists of a few cottages, a church, a pub, two cafes and a shop, all of which are located around a beautiful sandy cove.
