Sited on quiet Dove Street tucked behind Royal Square, Treholme is a triple aspect, granite terraced cottage, only a few minutes’ walk to the Harbour and just a few seconds from the shops. Renovated and refurbished to give the cottage a stylish and contemporary feel with simple, comfortable furnishings, exposed granite and brick walls in the sitting room, it benefits from a streamlined kitchen with a large roof window. Spacious and light the cottage has a south-facing terraced, garden looking across the rooftops of St Ives. Ground Floor Sitting room. Large settee, 2 seater settee, armchair, ‘old school’ radiators and close carpeting. 42” flat screen TV, DVD/stereo. Dining room. Ercol dining table with seating for 8, laminate flooring and TV. Door to yard. WC with wash basin. Washing machine and dryer. Kitchen. Newly fitted kitchen with ceramic sink and drainer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, integral microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob with extraction hood. Large roof light. First Floor Bedroom 1. Surrounded by 5 golden sandy beaches and bathed in clear light, the picturesque harbour and old town of St Ives is a maze of quaint cottages and cobbled courtyards, restaurants, shops and galleries and is known as "Downalong". Treholme is within a few minutes' walk of all the beaches, harbour, town centre and the Tate Gallery. Treholme is a very short walk from the bus station and railway station (and car park). There is a very convenient branch line train station in St Ives making it very easy to get to and from. You will need to change trains in St Erth for St Ives. Treholme is a very short walk from the bus and railway station. If you drive, parking can be difficult during school holidays but we recommend that you buy a weekly Rover ticket which allows you to park in all the Cornwall Council-owned, long stay car parks. To buy a rover ticket it is recommended to set up an account with JustPark in advance and purchase this through their app/website. Please check Cornwall Council's website for further details.
