The living areas in the property consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting area, as well as a first-floor sitting area with a balcony and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, three zip/link twins, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a rear decked area with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for 4 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The property offers a cot, highchair and stairgate. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Redwood Lodge makes a wonderful escape to rural Cornwall. Winnard's Perch is a rural community in Cornwall, located just outside of Saint Columb Major. The Lookout Restaurant & Lounge, which serves refreshing pints and home-cooked meals, is located in the tranquil village, as is a local convenience shop. Historical landmarks such as the ruins of Castle a Dinas and the St Breock Downs Monolith may be found on the outskirts of the village.
