We are lucky enough to be based in the heart of Kingsand and are here to make your holiday unforgettable!

Pentreath offers beautiful Cornish treasures throughout the three-floor cottage. The owner has affectionately renovated this property, carefully upcycled furniture and collected stunning items from all over Cornwall making this cottage jam packed with character. The living room, equipped with a large log burner for those colder nights and a Smart TV. Plenty of toys, boards games and DVDs are available to keep the children busy on the occasional rainy day. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer and a wood burner with a pizza oven! Through the kitchen on the way to the private courtyard you will find the ‘snug room’ with Smart TV and shower room. On the first floor is a bathroom and the first bedroom ‘Smugglers Rest’, a specious king-size room with double wardrobe, Smart TV and table and chairs. On the other side of the hallway is the ‘Devonport’ with a children’s bunk & full-size single bed. On the second floor is the specious ‘Nelson Room’ with a king-size bed, Smart TV, table and chairs with a shower en-suite. Opposite is ‘The Lookout’ a double bedroom with a private w/c and gorgeous views sea views.

This Cornish gem is situated in the heart of the old fishing village of Kingsand. At the bottom of a charming pedestrian street, you will find stunning Kingsand beach and only a short walk to traditional pubs and reputed restaurants that make this area Cornwall’s best kept secret. The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is less than a of couple minutes’ walk away from the property.
