Beech Tree House, nestled in St Martin village a short drive from many local beaches, pubs & walks. We designed and built our home and are ready to share it. We have four bedrooms and three bathrooms the perfect combo. Downstairs the sitting, dining and kitchen space is open plan, with entertainment room, utility and WC just off. The master bed is light, spacious & boasts country & sea views plus ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and bedroom 2 also boasts an ensuite shower room.
Hello! I'm Jeni and partner is Scott. We're excited to welcome some lovely visitors to our home. We've worked hard to make our home a relaxing space with all the creature comforts to make your stay perfect! We have some great fresh local seafood, meat and vegetables which are available very nearby (I am a total foodie so please ask for recommendations for the best places to buy produce). You must try at least one Gear Farm pasty and an ice cream or two from Gwella Dairy (both in the village) while you stay. Being a self confessed foodie you will hopefully enjoy your welcome hamper too. We live nearby so please feel free to call if needed.
St Martin is a lovely little village with a great park for children to enjoy, it's recently been upgraded with a zip wire, climbing wall etc. The entrance to Tremayne Quay is just half a mile from the house, owned by the national trust it is a beautiful walk through woodland where you end up at the river. There are two great pubs within 5 mins drive of the house which both offer great food and atmosphere. Although you wouldn't want to be without your car there is a daily bus service into Helston (the closest town). There are also plenty of local taxi companies if you fancy giving the driver in your party a night off!! If you plan to bring bikes, there are lots of places to explore nearby.
