A beautifully renovated fisherman's cottage situated in the heart of Newlyn. Perfect for couples of small families. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and bunk room, along with superb shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen and sitting room. To the outside lies a courtyard to the rear perfect for hanging wetsuits or drying laundry. Gas central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. NOTE: Very steep narrow stairs.

Lovely neighbourhood, Newlyn is now a vibrant 'cool' town. Lovely Wine Bar / Coffee Shop, Deli, Florist, Galleries and the best restaurants in Penwith... oh did I mention the famous pubs? New bike shelters 50 yards from Myrtle make cycling my choice of transport around Newlyn, Penzance and Mousehole. Regular buses from the end of the lane and two car parks within a stones throw of the cottage. That said, parking will be tricky with how popular Newlyn has now become.
