Noel Betowski is a painter based in Cornwall. An elected member of the Penwith Society, a winner of the John Constable Prize, he shows nationally and has been collected worldwide.
Noel Betowski studied Fine Art at the Central School of Art with David Haughton between 1972-76 and art education at the University of London 1976-77.
Since 1981 Noel has regularly exhibited and widely at a number of major galleries throughout Britain including the the National Portrait Gallery and Royal Academy. He won the prestigious John Constable Landscape Prize, awarded at the Camden Annual at Camden Arts Centre in 1982 (3rd) and 1983 (2nd).
