A detached bungalow set in a pleasant, fully enclosed lawned garden in a central location in the village of Tintagel, and in close proximity to the Coastal footpath.
The bungalow consists of an open plan arrangement with a light oak fitted kitchen and tiled floor. There is a seperate dining area to one end. An archway leads through to a comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, TV, DVD recorder with hard drive, and HiFi.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated with coordinating wall and floor tiles and a white bathroom suite, with an electric shower over the bath.
The three bedrooms are double, twin and bunked.
The lawn extend around the property and there is a summerhouse in the garden including a BBQ and garden furniture. Off road parking
All the amenities of Tintagel Village with its selection of shops, restaurants and pubs are nearby as are stunning cliff walks leading down to the castle Beach, Bossiney cove and Rocky Valley. The coastal footpath is just minutes away. The medieval ruins of King Arthur's Castle, King Arthurs Great Halls and the 14th Century Old Post Office are within a few
minutes walk. The beautiful beach of Trebarwith Strand is approximately 2 miles by road, or you may prefer the walk along the coastal footpath.

Tintagel is an ideal base for touring the Country, we are within 'day day trip distance'to all the attractions of Cornwall. Tintagel lies between the fishing villages of Boscatle & Port Isaac drive further along the coast to the sandy beaches at Widemouth Bay and Bude, Polzeath and Daymer Bay or to Rock where you can go sailing and water skiing or take the passenger ferry over to the fishing port of Padstow.
Cycle along the 'Camel Trail' from Wadebridge and for those of you who like the moors you only have to drive to the other side of Camelford. Other outdoor pursuits include Golfing at Bowood near Camelford, Pony treking, Tennis courts, Surfing and cliff walking. The nearest leisure centres are at Camelford Bude and Wadebridge.
