Tyller Teg is cosy terraced cottage, former mine officer's house on the edge of Botallack, St Just near Land's End with stunning views from the back garden & double bedroom over the fields towards to the sea and mine ruins.
Inside, a surprisingly spacious cottage with high ceilings, stripped floors and doors and tiled hallway. Large comfortable lounge with living flame gas fire (looks and feels like a real fire, but without mess!) large dining room, off which is a good sized fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, opening out to a conservatory/sun room with great views towards to sea. French doors lead out to a small enclosed garden, paved and gravelled garden, complete with outside furniture. From the garden, its easy access straight to the Botallack coastal path (apparently Poldark series was filmed here), avoiding all the roads.
Upstairs are 2 good sized bedrooms, both offering fantastic views. The pretty double bedroom at the back of the property has a large en-suite dressing room / bathroom plus a separate power shower and a large twin bedroom at the front of the property has a small internal shower room.
If you like walking and cycling then Tyller Teg is the cottage for you as it is surrounded by National Trust land and close to Botallack which is famous for its spectacular coastline views and walks.
