This large stylish semi-detached house next to the owner’s home is in a pretty little village close to the South Cornwall coast which has its own unique charm and mild climate. Guests of Blueberry Hill also have access to a conservatory which is private to the owner’s guests. The local pub is renowned for good food and local ales and is a saunter down the hill. In the village there is also a dedicated dog walking field which is approximately 400-500 yards up the road.\n\nThe renowned Eden Project the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beautiful Caerhays Castle and gardens are all really close by as are many other gardens such as Trewithan which is an RHS garden. St Austell is also nearby where you can catch a train and tour the county without the car. The historic town of Fowey once home to Daphne Du Maurier can be reached by ferry across the bay from Mevagissey while in both villages you can take a boat out to experience some deep sea fishing. You might bring back the evenings supper\n\nCharlestown a village of historic interest is home to tall ships which moor in the pretty inner harbour and is a regular TV and film set for Poldark and may other films. Truro with its theatre cinema restaurants and great local shops is within easy reach as are many pretty Cornish fishing villages such as Gorran Haven and Porthpean which are tucked into coves along this dramatic coastline. Sea fishing or sightseeing trips can be taken from the working harbours.\n\nFor an active holiday there are several good golf courses very close by along with off road cycle trails at Pentewan and Lanhydrock House near Bodmin. There is also plenty of kayaking along this stunning coastline which are dotted with seals and the occasional dolphins. Amazing surfing beaches along the north coast can also be easily reached which offer a whole different Cornwall with dramatic cliffs and sweeping beaches to enjoy. Beach 4¼ miles.
