Portreath has several surf shops, a bakery, cafes and a village pub, all within walking distance from the front door. The family friendly, sandy beach is perfect for a day soaking up the sunshine and building sand castles or for the more energetic, a surf or a dip in the sea is a must. If you feel like going further afield, why not hire a bicycle and explore the cycle paths nearby? Head to the North or South coast taking in the stunning countryside and sea views as you go.
