The sheltered bays of Talland and Lantic all offer excellent swimming and bathing against the backdrop of the dramatic Cornish coastline. The scenic Cornish Coastal Path can be accessed nearby, leading visitors through stunning scenery, much of which is National Trust land. The famous seafaring town of Fowey, once the home of Daphne Du Maurier, can also be reached by catching the regular ferry across the Fowey River.
