This property is in the garden of Village Bed and Breakfast. The bed and breakfast can be booked if you want bed and breakfast accommodation, but dogs are not permitted in the B&B.

Why bother living out of a suitcase and moving from B&B to B&B when nowhere in Cornwall is more than 50 minutes away from Village bed and breakfast. If you love walking this is the place to stay, we have some wonderful circular walks,and if you want to park up and leave your car behind we have a bus that runs every hour to Newquay in one direction, and Truro in the other direction.

This lodge includes a double bed, which can also be set up as 2 single beds. There is a sofa bed, and a shower room with hairdryer and toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The living space includes a dining area, fireplace and a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is also a garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. Pretty St Newlyn East has a shop, church and chapel. The village has a public house called The Pheasant Inn, which serves food and beverages daily. Lavender Lodge is 35 minutes’ drive from Padstow and the Eden Project, with St Ives, Mevagissey and Penzance within 40 minutes. On the nearby northern coast, Perranporth and St Agnes are 10-20 minutes away.
