A spacious, well equipped, sunny cottage. A former wheelwrights, which became the village sweetshop, the speciality of which was home made ice-cream made by Pop. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, one double and one bunk plus a mezzanine area providing a further two beds and an en suite shower room. If not required for sleeping the beds convert to comfy sofas with sea views and a glimpse of St Michael's Mount. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with a kitchen area and generous bathroom with a bath and separate shower. All linen, hot water and electric are included in the price. Outside there is a patio and parking for 2 cars. Pop’s cottage is dog friendly and there is a dog friendly beach close by.
Marazion is a bustling little town joined by a causeway, at low tide, to the spectacular St Michael’s Mount. The town boasts four pubs catering for all tastes, a bread & pasty shop, newsagents, chemists, cafes, a deli and galleries.
A bus stop is moments away, providing easy access to Penzance, St Ives,and Falmouth. An open top bus for St Ives and Land's End (wrap up warm even on sunny days!) passes your door frequently..
