It is unusually situated on the top floor of the old Victorian Sunday School. The apartment, which is the owner's home, has been recently lovingly renovated to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features of the building whilst offering a conventional and very comfortable interior. It overlooks the roof tops and church spire of Lostwithiel as well as nearby hills and woodlands. The entrance to the apartment is from the ground floor in the tower which forms the communal hallway. All rooms except the hallway have vaulted ceilings. There is a new fitted kitchen with solid oak worktops, stainless steel appliances including a halogen hob, multi-function oven, combination microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Enjoy your stay with all the comfort of home including LCD TV, digital freeview and Ipod dock, plus coffee machine, sandwich toaster and standard toaster provided. The dining room has ample seating for six people with a solid oak table and comfortable chairs. In addition there is a high chair. The lounge is situated at the front of the building and there are south facing views through two large arched original gothic style windows down to the village below. One can relax on sofas in front of the working open fire, turn down the lights and listen to music or relax watching a DVD using the Sony surround home cinema system. Digital Freeview is also provided. The ceiling is vaulted to 3.6m high, retaining its original painted cross beams.

The apartment offers three bedrooms, and sleeps up to six people comfortably. The master bedroom consists of a 5ft double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, plus walk in-glass double shower enclosure with large rain head shower, body jets or varispray head. Bedroom two features a 4ft 6" double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom three offers a captain's full size single bed with a facility for a second pull-out full-size single bed. A cot is available on request.

The feature bathroom offers the perfect environment to relax in the bath or shower.

Equipped to meet the needs of the modern family, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, airer and iron available for use by guests. linen and towels provided.
