Pure apple juice is produced from fruit grown within a three mile radius of the house, eggs come from our own chickens, we bake fresh bread daily, make our own fruit compote, and granola, and have a range of home-made preserves.

As well as the traditional full English breakfast we offer alternatives such as kippers, Omlette Arnold Bennett and any type of egg.

Evening Meals

Two-course meals are available most nights, freshly prepared by Michael, who spent 20 years cooking professionally. The menus, make full use of the fact that we have many excellent producers and suppliers of meat, fish, vegetables and cheeses locally. We use seasonal produce whenever possible and use ingredients that speak for themselves, cooking them simply, and with the minimum of fuss.

Special dietary requirements are catered for, and if you have any particular likes or dislikes, we will be happy to take them into consideration.

We are licensed, and stock a range of wines, beers and ciders - many are locally produced and award winning.
