Hayle is located just off the A30 in St Ives Bay and has one of the best beaches in Europe. Nearby St Ives is a beautiful harbour town and the home of the Tate Modern Art Gallery. St Michael's Mount and Penzance are only a 15 min drive from Hayle with many other local Cornish Towns and Villages in easy reach including Newquay, Falmouth, Lands End, The Lizard, Mousehole, Helston and Truro. Excellent Tourist Attractions and loads of things to do include:- The Eden Project, St Michael's Mount, Lands End, Paradise Park Bird Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Golf, Driving Range, Karting, Surf School & Sea Fishing Trips.

The property also benefits from a full range of high quality site amenities including tennis court, squash court, crazy golf, children’s play park, indoor heated pool, sauna, video games arcade, snooker room (adults only) bars, a well stocked shop and a launderette. There’s also a full family entertainment programme and a very popular kids club for the younger ones.

Dogs - Sorry we no longer take bookings for dogs - this is due to some irresponsible owners! The Dogs we loved!

Business Terms & Conditions

The full cost includes electricity and membership to site facilities.

A deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm your reservation and will be deducted from the full cost.

Balance payable not less than 56 days before the start of your holiday. If you are making a reservation within eight weeks of the start of your holiday we require payment of the full cost immediately.

The site will only accept couples or family groups – no hen/stag parties

We do not provide bed linen. We request that you supply bottom sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels. Duvet's, pillows and spare blankets are stored at the property. One double bed with a king size quilt, four 2ft 6 single beds with single quilts.

The property will be available from 3.00pm on your arrival day (Saturday) and must be vacant by 11.00am on your departure day (Saturday) unless other arrangements have been made.

We expect you to leave it in a tidy and clean condition as the rate reflects no cleaners. There is no smoking in the property
