If you are thinking about a Holiday in Bodmin, North Cornwall, in the Countryside, central to both North and South Coast with outstanding Beaches and Play Areas, please look at what I have to offer. Hillandale Sleeps 6 people comfortably, (Can sleep 7 people as there is a single bed in the Double bedroom), with Electricity, Towels, Linen ALL INCLUDED IN PRICE, and it is a "HOME" which is more than a standard Holiday Bungalow. Hillandale is a LARGE Bungalow in a 3 acre field., with the surrounding land all Family owned.
The area is perfect for walkers or for those who want to cycle on the Camel Trail. Maybe you just want to play hide and seek in the large gardens or just relax on the large lawns. It is also Ideal for Salmon and Sea Trout Fisherman, fishing the river Camel which is Approx 1 mile away either by walking through the woods or by car. Fishing permits arranged if required. "Hillandale" is in the Country, nearest neighbours about 1/4 mile away and about 1 mile from Bodmin town centre. There are no other properties with people living or staying in for at least 1/4 mile, only an un used natural stone built Barn. Public transport and facilities offered by a large town and therefore readily available.
THE BEACHES ARE APPROX 12 TO 15 MILES AWAY, with the North Coast offering wonderful scenery driving. The views over West Cornwall are spectacular and can be enjoyed from the Bungalow and Patio. A WONDERFUL SPOT FOR YOUR BBQ can be had from the large gardens or patio. N.B. (The pond has been covered over to protect young Children).The mild Cornish winters allow rhododendrons and camellias to flourish in the large gardens. A large drive allows off-road parking for at least 6 cars.
There are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom contains 1 double bed, 1 single bed,television, two double wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and has ensuite, toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobe and cabinet. The 3rd bedroom contains a bunk bed, wardrobe and cabinet. A cot and high chair are also available on request. No extra charge. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen contains electric hob, cooker, dishwasher and all cooking and eating utensils. A washing machine, fridge/icebox, microwave and oil fired central heating boiler is located in the adjoining utility room. The dining room contains a dresser and table and chairs to seat eight and leads to the lounge, which contains suite, electric recliner and DIGITAL 36" Sony Colour Television, Free View with DVD player, CD Player. Patio doors lead out to the garden. The bathroom contains bath, electric shower, shaver point and toilet, and there is also a 3rd toilet leading off from the hall. Radiators throughout.
