Village Green - Blisland

View across the village green in Blisland on the western side of Bodmin Moor. It is very unusual for villages to have greens in Cornwall, but then Blisland has quite a unique air to it in general.

Surrounding the green are very solid looking granite cottages with small paned windows. Probably built to withstand the weather that they must get up here.

To the left of the photo is the Blisland Inn, famous for having served in excess of 2,500 varieties of beer over the years.
