This is the view from out of the top engine house at the Crowns in Botallack. It seems bizarre a hundred years on that this was once where people worked. This was once a centre of activity but when I was here it was just me and a couple of choughs.
The Crowns Engine Houses are one of the most photographed landmarks in West Cornwall but I think this is a relatively less well known view.
