Thatched Cottage Central - Cadgwith

More thatched cottages than you can shake a stick at! This is the fishing village of Cadgwith on the eastern side of the Lizard Peninsula.

I presume that historically it was easier to easier to knock together a thatch roof than source slates from elsewhere. This is the case in much of this area and the nearby Helford.
