The Wharfside shopping centre in Penzance. Built in the late 1990s, it is actually an improvement on what was there before - an idea of which can be gleaned from the adjacent old gas works site next door.
The shopping isn't great with all the usual low-end shops. The street level units are a little more interesting although they often don't last too long.
