Men-an-Tol
Description: Meaning 'stone with a hole in it' Men-an-Tol is located on the moors beyond Madron.
Not a great deal is known about when the monument was made and what its purpose was. In more recent history legends that the stone could cure disease abounded. Cures were obtained by crawling through the hole.
