Penlee Lifeboat - RNLB Ivan Ellen SW466289

The RNLB Ivan Ellen gives everyone on the pier a wave at the Newlyn Fish Festival 2005.
The Severn class lifeboat was launched in 2003 and the money came from the wills of Ivan and Ellen Leech.
