Carn Brea Castle
Description: Originally a 15th century hill fortress, built by the Bassetts of Tehidy, the castle has been restored many times. As a result most of what we see now is much later.
It is beleived to have been a hunting lodge at some point.
Since 1980 the building has been used as a restaurant.
