Wadebridge Bridge

Wadebridge Bridge
Description:
The bridge in Wadebridge!
It is said the bridge was built on wool, probably meaning on the profits of the wool trade as opposed to actually on wool.
Before the bridge was built in 1468 the town was simply called Wade as that was how people crossed the river at low tide
