The 18th century whitewashed Bay Tree Cottage is Grade II listed. Located in 'The Warren' the cottage commands fine views over Polperro harbour and is available as a holiday rental.
Despite its fine aspect and proportions the house, like most in Polperro is built of quite rough, rubbly stone.
